One of my key responsibilities at LEON includes leading and executing the visual identity for every new dish launched, tapping into the flavours and culture of our ingredients to create a unique lock-up, colour scheme and persona. I then roll this out across a range of assets, included printed posters and a-boards, digital kiosk screens and menu takeovers, and window vinyls.
